A collaboration between Casa Herradura, home of the last true tequila-producing hacienda on the planet and Ferromex, Mexico’s largest railway system operator, the Tequila Herradura-branded train experience invites guests to immerse in the history, heritage and spirit of one of Mexico’s most historic and renowned tequila producers in Amatitán, Jalisco.
The train journey begins with a 90minute train ride in a customized luxury train to La Hacienda San José del Refugio at Casa Herradura, producers for over 146 years of one of the finest tequilas in the world. On-board guests can sample and enjoy different varieties of Herradura tequila. Upon arrival to Casa Herradura guests are then treated to a tour of Casa Herradura’s production facilities and learn about its industry-leading legacy at San José del Refugio. Authentic Mexican dishes exclusive to the region along with live local music and folk dancing are among the rich experiences and offerings available to visitors during the tour.

Express Premium Car:
A relaxing and family-friendly getaway to Casa Herradura. Your journey will begin with snacks and beverages provided on board. After the tour through our distillery and a tasting, a Mexican lunch will be served, accompanied by live mariachi music and folkloric ballet. A great option for a family getaway for $95.00 per seat
Club Car:
An adult only sophisticated lounge experience featuring music, games and entertainment. A wait service and mixologist will serve exclusive appetizers and beverages on your trip. Upon arrival at the hacienda, you’ll get a chance to take an exclusive tour through our authentic distillery, followed by a gourmet Mexican three-course lunch served in a VIP seating area. During your meal, a live mariachi band and a folkloric ballet will entertain. Must be 18+ / $105.00 per seat
First Class Car:
Luxury cabins equipped with spacious leather chairs, stunning flat-screen TVs and a private bar service. Light snacks and Herradura cocktails are available throughout your trip. When you arrive at the hacienda, a guide will take through our unique process. Lunch will feature a gourmet Mexican three-course menu. Take in a live mariachi band and folkloric ballet while enjoying your meal for $115.00
