Luxury jewellery and watchmakers Jacob&Co have teamed up with Dubai property developer Binghatti to build Dubai's' tallest hypertower the 'Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences ..
Set to be built in the heart of Dubai’s most eminent financial district, Business Bay, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will measure over 100 storeys comprising of The Sapphire Suite Collection two-bedroom residential units, The Emerald Suite Collection three-bedroom units and five exclusive penthouses, named after the luxury watchmakers flagship timepieces including Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire.
In rendered images, the building appears to draw inspiration from horological and high jewellery aesthetics with the building shaped like that of baguette-cut gems topped off with diamond-shaped spires reminiscent of an actual crown.
As you would expect the building will offer luxurious amenties from infinity pools to a luxury spa and gym to private members club. Residents will also have access to a dedicated concierge team and private chef along with a chauffeur or even a bodyguard for added security.
The jeweller has also just announced it is partnering with one of the city’s hottest nightclubs, VISION Club in the H Hotel launching a limited edition watch to mark the collaboration. The Jacob & Co. VISION watch will be launched in Q1 2023. It comes in four colours, each will be limited to 13 pieces.
