The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has launched its third superyacht Luminara, unveiling a new summer 2025 itinerary..
The Ritz-Carlton fleet already includes 623-foot Evrima and 790-foot Ilma, which were launched in 2022 and 2023, respectively with reservations opening for Luminara’s inaugural season kicking off with its maiden voyage slated for July 1, 2025.
Derived from Latin origin and meaning “light,” Luminara measures 794 feet (242 meters) meaning it is the biggest yacht in the current fleet able to accommodate up to 452 guests, much like the Ilma the superyacht will offer 226 spacious suites, each boasting a private ocean-view terrace plus a new more luxurious top-tier option 'The Residential Suite' which promises offerings that caters to a variety of preferences and needs.
Onboard experience will feature curated and evolving world-class dining, an extensive wine collection, a signature Ritz-Carlton Spa, and an expanded dynamic marina providing direct access to the sea.
Luminara will embody contemporary craftsmanship and refined interior design envisioned by Chapi Chapo Design, the internationally acclaimed Toronto-based luxury design firm, AD Associates, the renowned London-based architectural and design firm, and celebrated lighting designer DPA. A serene color palette of soft brown oak, Calcutta marble, leather accents, and touches of rich red, navy and green will provide an elegant oasis at sea.
Luminara's maiden voyage is shedulled for the 2025 summer season spanning from April to October 2025 withs a curated selection of 53 itineraries, featuring new ports of call, standout shore excursions, and an inaugural experience.
